Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) đã trở thành một thành phần quan trọng của các công nghệ xe tự động hóa. Với việc tích hợp sẵn mẻ hiệu suất/vật tư cao của NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX SOM, ATC 3540 có thể cung cấp lên đến 100 INT8 TOPS để chạy các tải công việc AI hiện đại trong khi tiêu thụ chỉ 25W điện năng thấp. Điều này phù hợp cho cổng trí tuệ nhân tạo IoT mạnh mẽ, nhận dạng AI Edge OHV, kiểm soát biển báo giao thông AI và tự động hóa nhà máy/thị giác máy móc, nhằm nâng cao năng suất và giảm TCO.

ATC 3540 là một máy tính không quạt, nhỏ gọn và có chứng chỉ IP67. Nó tích hợp nguồn điện từ 9 đến 36VDC với kiểm soát IGN, 4 cổng PoE+ cho triển khai CAM IP lên đến 4Kp30/1080p60. Hơn nữa, ATC 3540 được thiết kế với nhiều cổng ngoại vi đa dạng, như USB 3.2, CANBus cách ly, RS232, Console, DI/DO, OTG và HDMI để kết nối với nhiều thiết bị/cảm biến khác nhau.

Với các mô-đun 5G NR, Wi-Fi 5/6 được cài đặt, ATC 3540 có thể cải thiện việc suy luận AI thông qua Nhà cung cấp Dịch vụ Đám mây (CSP). Đối với các ứng dụng trong môi trường khắc nghiệt, ATC 3540 có thể hoạt động ở nhiệt độ rộng từ -30 đến 70°C và đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn quân sự MIL-STD-810G về độ rung và chấn động. Về mặt quy định, ATC 3540 tuân theo CE/FCC Lớp A, UKCA và Emark (E13)/EN50155.
