VTC 1020-PA, máy tính trang bị bộ xử lý Intel Atom® X5-E3930 Dual-Core 1.3GHz, được dành riêng cho ứng dụng giao thông công cộng trong môi trường xe khắc nghiệt. Do thiết kế nhỏ gọn, phù hơhp với các phương tiện có không gian hạn chế để định vị hệ thống máy tính, nhưng không ảnh hưởng đến không gian của nó để làm hỏng các tính năng của nó.

VTC 1020-PA có 1 Audio-in và 3 Audio-out có thể được sử dụng làm chức năng thông báo, chẳng hạn như cho người lái, hành khách nội bộ và hành khách bên ngoài. Vì nó hỗ trợ hiển thị 3 video độc lập, nên rất linh hoạt để cung cấp các video khác nhau trong ứng dụng PIS. VTC 1020-PA CAN 2.0B onboard và giao diện OBD tùy chọn (SAE J1939) để chẩn đoán xe và quản lý hành vi lái xe. Máy thu GPS nâng cao hỗ trợ GPS/Gloness/QZSS/Galileo/Beidou và mô-đun tính toán dead-reckoning tùy chọn cũng có sẵn. VTC 1020-PA có dữ liệu không dây WLAN và WWAN và kết nối giọng nói. Với khe cắm SIM bên ngoài, nó cho phép người dùng truy cập thẻ SIM một cách thuận tiện. Đầu ra 12VDC có thể được cung cấp cho màn hình bên ngoài với sự sắp xếp dây nguồn dễ dàng. VTC 1020-PA phù hợp cho ứng dụng giao thông công cộng, như xe buýt địa phương, xe buýt đưa đón, xe buýt du lịch và xe buýt đường cao tốc.
