VTC 1910-S, máy tính siêu mỏng, chắc chắn, trang bị bộ xử lý Intel Atom® E3815 (1.46GHz), được thiết kế cho môi trường trong xe khắc nghiệt. VTC 1910-S tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn quân sự MIL-STD-810G thiết kế không quạt và nhỏ gọn. Do thiết kế nhỏ gọn, VTC 1910-S phù hợp với các phương tiện có không gian hạn chế để lắp đặt hệ thống máy tính.

VTC 1910-S CAN2.0b onboard và giao diện OBD tùy chọn (SAE J1939/ J1708) để chẩn đoán xe và quản lý hành vi lái xe. Máy thu GPS tiên tiến hỗ trợ GPS/GLONASS/QZSS/Galileo/Beidou. VTC 1910-S có dữ liệu không dây WLAN và WWAN và kết nối giọng nói (Collocate với VIOB-DA-01). Với 2 khe cắm SIM bên ngoài có thể hỗ trợ chất lượng kết nối tốt hơn bằng phần mềm. VTC 1910-S giữ cho sự linh hoạt để đáp ứng các nhu cầu khác nhau cho các ứng dụng viễn thông, chẳng hạn như thông tin giải trí IoT Gateway, quản lý đội tàu và hệ thống điều phối.
